• We may decline any enquiry.
• Engagements are accepted only through separately agreed written terms.

Do not submit confidential transaction information or documents through this website or in an initial enquiry. Confidentiality and engagement terms are agreed before transaction materials are shared. Information sent before those arrangements are in place is not subject to any engagement-specific confidentiality obligations.
